The location of the pins should not be where the seam will go - you can roughly navigate by the chevron pattern, the threads should not be visible.

And in order not to repeat their mistakes, let's move on to the next step. The chevron is on the sleeve, attached with pins, and, of course, has already been examined more than once - after all, the result must be perfect.
